Introduction

PMDevLabs ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Truth or Dare mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App to play the ultimate offline party game with friends and family.

Data Collection

Truth or Dare does not collect or store any personal information from users. You can play the game without logging in, creating an account, or providing any personal data.

Local Data Processing

• Player names you enter are used only within the current game session
• Custom prompts are saved locally on your device and never transmitted to any server
• Game history and preferences are stored on-device only
• No gameplay data is collected or accessible by us

AdMob (Third-Party Advertising)

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements to free users. AdMob may automatically collect certain information to serve ads, including:

• Device advertising ID
• IP address
• Device type and operating system
• General usage and interaction data

This data is collected and processed by Google, not by us. AdMob may use this information to show personalized or non-personalized ads depending on your region and consent preferences.

In-App Purchases (Premium Access)

Truth or Dare offers an optional Premium upgrade via a one-time in-app purchase. Premium unlocks all party modes, themes, cool bottles, and removes ads.

• All purchases are processed securely through the Google Play Billing system
• We do not receive, store, or process your payment details — these are handled entirely by Google
• Your purchase status is verified locally through Google Play and stored on-device
• No personal or financial information is transmitted to our servers

Consent Management (CMP)

For users located in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the UK, we use the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK — a certified Consent Management Platform (CMP) — which allows you to:

• Provide or withhold consent for personalized advertisements
• Manage your preferences for data processing by Google and its partners
• Withdraw your consent at any time via the in-app privacy settings

Permissions

• Internet: Required for displaying advertisements and verifying purchases
• Billing: Required for processing in-app purchases via Google Play
• No location, camera, microphone, contacts, or storage permissions are used

Data Safety (Google Play Disclosure)

According to Google Play's Data Safety guidelines, we declare the following:

• ✔️ We do not collect or share any personal data
• ✔️ No data is linked to your identity
• ✔️ No data is stored on servers or external systems
• ✔️ No login or account creation required
• ✔️ Purchases are handled entirely by Google Play — we do not access payment details
• ✔️ AdMob may process device identifiers to show ads, but we do not access this data

European Privacy Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, any personal data processed for advertising purposes is handled by Google based on your explicit consent. You have the right to:

• Access, rectify, or erase your data held by Google
• Withdraw consent for personalized ads through the "Privacy Settings" in the app
• Object to data processing by third-party ad partners

Children's Privacy
