Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the File Analyzer mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all users of the App. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. The App is operated by PMDevLabs ("we", "our", or "us").

Description of the App

File Analyzer is a storage analysis and file management application for Android devices. It allows you to scan your device storage, browse files by category (images, videos, audio, documents, APKs, archives, downloads), identify duplicate files, manage and delete files, and install APK packages. All operations are performed locally on your device.

License to Use

PMDevLabs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App to any third party
• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App

Storage Permissions & File Access

File Analyzer requires access to your device storage to provide its core functionality. By granting the requested permissions, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The App will read your device storage to scan, categorize, and display your files
• The App may delete, move, or modify files solely based on actions you explicitly initiate within the App
• File deletions may be permanent. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have backups of any important files before performing delete operations
• The App's "Recently Deleted" feature provides a temporary local recovery window, but does not guarantee recovery of all deleted files
• The App may request the "Manage External Storage" permission on Android 11+ to enable full file management across all storage locations

APK Installation

File Analyzer allows you to open and install APK files stored on your device. By using this feature, you acknowledge that:

• Installing APKs from unknown sources may pose security risks to your device
• You are solely responsible for verifying the safety and legitimacy of any APK file you choose to install
• PMDevLabs does not review, endorse, or take responsibility for any third-party APK files installed through the App

Advertising

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the App, you agree that advertisements may be shown to you. For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the UK, personalized advertising is subject to your explicit consent via our in-app consent management tool. You may adjust your ad preferences at any time through the App's Privacy Settings.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, code, and other materials that are part of the App are the exclusive property of PMDevLabs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the PMDevLabs name, logo, trademarks, or other proprietary information without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the App at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PMDevLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of files, loss of profits, or damage to your device, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

User Responsibilities

As a user of the App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not use the App to access, delete, or modify files that you do not have the right to manage
• Take full responsibility for any file management actions performed through the App
• Maintain backups of important data before using file deletion features
• Ensure that any APK files you install comply with applicable laws and regulations

Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services, including Google AdMob and the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services.

Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information.

Children's Use

File Analyzer is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used the App, please contact us at pmdevlabs@gmail.com.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the developer's jurisdiction.
