Introduction

PMDevLabs ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Web to APK mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App to convert and load websites as an installable Android application experience.

Information We Collect

Web to APK is designed to work without collecting any personal data from you. We do not require account creation, and we do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information you enter or generate while using the App.

Automatically Collected Information

The App collects limited information through Google AdMob and the User Messaging Platform (UMP) for advertising and regulatory compliance:

• Device advertising ID
• IP address
• Device type and operating system
• Consent preferences (GDPR/CCPA status)

This information is collected and processed by Google, not by us directly, and is used solely to serve and measure advertisements as described below.

Permissions

Web to APK requests the following permission to enable its core features:

• Internet & Network State: Required for loading web content and displaying advertisements via AdMob

No location, camera, microphone, contacts, or storage permissions are used.

In-App Purchases (Premium Features)

Web to APK offers optional in-app purchases to unlock premium features, such as an ad-free experience or additional customization. All transactions are processed securely by Google Play Billing. We do not have access to your card details, Google account information, or any sensitive payment data.

• Payment and authentication are handled entirely by Google Play
• Purchase status is stored only on your device
• Used only to unlock the premium features you purchased
• No financial or personal information is collected by us
• You can restore purchases when reinstalling or switching device

Consent Management (CMP)

For users located in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the UK, we use the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK. This is a certified Consent Management Platform (CMP) that allows you to:

• Provide or withhold consent for personalized advertisements
• Manage your preferences for data processing by Google and its partners
• Withdraw your consent at any time via the in-app settings

Advertising (AdMob)

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may use your data to:

• Show personalized ads (with your consent)
• Show non-personalized ads (if consent is declined)
• Measure ad performance and prevent fraud

European Privacy Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the UK, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gives you certain rights regarding your personal data. While we do not collect personal data ourselves, our advertising partner (Google AdMob) may process limited data such as your advertising ID and IP address, based on your explicit consent collected through the UMP consent form. You have the right to:

• Be informed about how your data is used
• Access, rectify, or request erasure of your data
• Withdraw consent for personalized ads at any time through "Privacy Settings" in the app
• Object to data processing by third-party ad partners
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights. As we do not collect or sell personal data, these rights primarily relate to the limited advertising data processed by Google AdMob, which you can manage through the in-app "Privacy Settings."

Data Safety (Google Play Disclosure)

According to Google Play's Data Safety guidelines, we declare the following:

• ✔️ We do not collect or share any personal data
• ✔️ No data is linked to your identity
• ✔️ No data is stored on our servers or external systems
• ✔️ No login or account creation required
• ✔️ Any app preferences are stored locally on your device
• ✔️ In-app purchases are processed securely by Google Play Billing
• ✔️ AdMob may process device identifiers to show ads, but we do not access this data

Children's Privacy

Web to APK is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child is using our app and providing information, please contact us.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when new features are added or requirements change. Continued use of the app after updates indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
